Test E/winstrol PCT no hcg

My friend is finishing a 16 week test e at both 350 and 400mg run and winstrol for the last 5 weeks at 25 then 50. He had slight gyno flare up due to old tren use but Armidex cleared it up great while on cycle low dosing very low. he didnt get HCG but has both a liquid vile of clomid and nolva. How should he dose his PCT.

I told him nolva 40/20/20/10
Clomid 50/50/50/25

then natural supps after 21 days of SERM use? is ATD a bad idea due to estro rebound of is it ok?

Id give your body a rest, I wouldnt start using ATD right after youre done with PCT, but thats just me
