I wondering since sustanon has a 3-4 week half life then how would one start their PCT if ending their cycle with winstrol. Ive researched that winstrol PCT should start within 12 hours.

PCT should start 18 days after last sust shot. If you stop the sust, you can continue the winstrol for 17 days and then start pct day 18 after that last sust shot.

When i did my sus cycle they recommenced 18 days but personally i would hit 14-16. 18 I don't know if i was imagining it but it seemed like sides from out of balence hormones were starting. I wished i started a little sooner.
