  1. Thumbs down 4 Week epi cycle minimal results


    Hi Guys im a couple of days from finishing a 4 week epidrol cycle. Im about 6'3 216 lbs and around 10% bf. I cycled the course 30mg per day for the 1st 3 weeks and 50mg for the last week, diet has been in check the whole time except the odd occasion on the weekend.

    I must say I have been pretty disappointed with the results. I haven't put on any weight I fluctuate by a pound or 2 but was expecting from reading other peoples cycles I would have put on a bit of weight im not sure where I went wrong. It was my 1st cycle and im not sure weather my dosages were right should have I been dosing higher as I am already 216lbs and 6'3?

    I went up 38lbs in my squats 22lbs in bench and 44 lbs in dead lift just to give you an idea

    I'm not sure weather the above results where a natural progression over the 4 week period or results from the epi only?

    If the above results are unrealistic naturally over that period of time then I supose it was helped due to the epi but other then the slight strength gains thats all I have felt

    I have felt no different the whole time ive been on the epi I have had no sides and It just doesnt seem to feel like im pumped full of testosterone.

    I got blood tests today and will have the results by 2moro so it will be interesting to see what the doc says.

    Any suggestions????

    P.S a few of my mates have been taking stanazol and they have been getting good results does any one know much about it?

    Those are HUGE ****ing gains for 4 weeks, bro.

    If the scale didn't change then either 1) you lost fat and gained muscle but they balanced out or 2) you just didn't eat enough.

  4. Hi all. Warbird01 i may have put on a couple of pounds but its seems to fluctuate.I thought I was eating enough but then again maybe not I dont know how to count calleries lol. To give you an idea of what I was consuming on a daily basis:

    Morning: ham and cheese sandwich + protein shake
    Mid morning: fruit and nut bar + rice pudding
    Lunch: pork/beef or chicken wrap with all the salads + protein shake
    Mid arvo: tin of tuna
    Dinner: fish or steak + veggies + protein shake

    That's wot I consumed pretty much every day I thought that would have been enough. any help would be great.

  5. Not a major amount of food there bud for a 200lb+ guy however when I done a 6 week epi pulse cycle I actually decreased my food intake but kept things real clean. I was going from a bulk to recomp. I think I went from around 3000 cals a day b4 epi to 2500 during epi and I still got good gains in weight & muscle. In fact at one point I increased cardio because I was worried about putting on too much?

    I ran epi - wk1 10 20 30
    wk2 40 40 40
    wk3 40 40 40

    2 weeks off then repeated.

  6. I think it was the lack of calories. Some people don't gain much weight on epi. Both those strength gains are solid! Just keep eating. Google for a "calorie calculator" to get a very rough estimate of what you should be eating!

Keep in mind I don't have an active job either I sit on my ass for 8 hours a day in a call centre, I do try eat as much as I can but because I don't have an active job some times I just don't feel hungry enough to wanna eat. I should get my blood test results back today and I am also guna get my trainer to do skin folds on monday to see If I have reduced my body fat and ill get him to measure me up to see if I have put on any size

  8. Dude thats not much food at all. But you definitely put on muscle cause your lifts blew up

  9. Quick question I have 2 more days left of cycle and I have all my PCT supps in line will I be able to maintain the strength gains or do they generally drop after the cycle has finished? Thanks

  10. I have got part of my blood test back liver is fine and estrogen is 56 which the doc said is really low??? still waiting on test should have that by 2moro. I would have through my estrogen levels would be high as I am coming to the end of my cycle or do they spike once after your stop taking Ph's?

  11. epi supresses estrogen so that would make sense
