What else should i take?

Im running a cycle of epi now 30/30/30/40 and was going to use nolva 40/20/20/10 for pct. Ive heard there can be a rebound off the nolva so what else should i use in pct? Also would it be a good idea to taper it up as the nolva gets tapered down? Any help would be great.

nolva 20/20/10/10
PCS begining week 3 2am 2pm

Im def gonna do nolva 20/20/10/10 with pcs starting week 3 and all my support supps as well. Should i continue to take my cycle support through pct?
