Nolva?

i havent been on cycle in 10 months but as of today. i have high estrogen. 53 E2 level. I think my estrogen is fluctuating around. My SHBG is 59 so that is high as well. I was wondering if NOLVA will take care of this problem or an AI be good like 6-OXO. I hear arimidex but that to expensive to just wondering what might work for my situation. I have blotchy reddish skin, dry eyes, hot flashes, senstivie skin. Gets worse when drinking because i assume estrogen raises when drinking?Who knows. but let me know what would work best?
