pubescent gyno question

I think I've got gyno from puberty (or maybe from from that
m1t cycle) haha jk but anyway does this go away or am I stuck with this sh1t til I get rich and can have surgery? My nipps arent sensitive but I do have a lump and they're puffy...its not exactly the look im going for.lol Any thoughts?

if u r sure u have gyno and there is a lump and stuff, it should go away by itself in the next couple of years. for now let it be. if it is still a problem say..4-5 years down the road i would then use sumin like letro or get the surgery. if u think it might just be chest fat, which it could, napalm would take care of that.
