Epi and H-drol PCT

Ok i have two different cycles that i want to make sure the oct is ok for. The first one which is a epi cycle is mine and the second is one of my friends who is running a h-drol cycle.

1. Epistane

Week 1: Start at 10 mg for first day and the rest of the week is 20 mg.

Week 2: 30 mg

Week 3: 30 mg

Week 4: 30 or 40 mg depending on how the cycle is going and how i am feeling.

Week 5: Clomid/ 75 mg a day recreate/ 3 caps a day
Week 6: Clomid/ 50 mg a day recreate/ 3 caps a day
Week 7: Clomid/ 25 mg a day recreate/ 3 caps a day
Week 8: Clomid/ 25 mg a day recreate/ 3 caps a day
Week 9: 6 oxo/ 300 mg a day
Week 10: 6 oxo/ 200 mg a day
Week 11: 6 oxo/ 100 mg a day

Might throw in some I3C with the 6 oxo. Also i read somewhere to stack a AI with epi during cycle? Anyone know anything about this.

2. H-drol

Week 1: 25 mg
Week2: 50 mg
Week 3: 50 mg
Week 4: 75 mg

Week 5: Inhibit-E/ 3 a day blue up/ 2 a day
Week 6: IE/ 3 a day blue up/ 2 a day
Week 7: IE/ 2 a day Blue up/ 2 a day
Week 8: IE/ 1 a day blue up/ 2 day
Week 9: 6 oxo/ 300 mg I3C/ 400 mg
Week 10: 6 oxo/ 200 mg I3C/ 400mg
Week 11: 6 oxo/ 100 mg I3C/ 400 mg


Both cycles include cycle support

Both cycles include cycle support

i like the one i bolded....

you can even get rid of the inhibit E Weeks 6-9 and add PCS instead, then add the IE week 10-12

its very over kill though.

PCS and Blu up would work very well along with I3C and that would be all you need for Hdrol or an epi cycle.

alright sounds good then ill just take out the clomid for pct and have it on hand just in case. So both pct will look like this now.

quick question though why did u start Inhibit E at 1 a day for the first two weeks and increase the dose for the last two?

because i like an AI in PCT and i want it to last you the whole PCT

and i wanted to work with what you have,

but its very much over kill for the cycle that your choosing, so im tryin to save u some money and help ya out.

yup or you could even flip it around and add the PCS into the last part of pct
