Whats the best PCT for a 4 wk. P-Plex cycle?......I'm going to run the P-Plex at:
Wk. 1-30mg
Wk. 2-30mg
Wk. 3-45mg
Wk. 4-45mg

I was thinking of something like this.......
Wk. 1-Tamox. 40mg..PostCycleSupport..4/day...Restore.3/day
Wk. 2-Tamox..40mg..PostCycleSupport..4/day...Restore.3/day
Wk. 3-Tamox. 20mg..PostCycleSupport..4/day...Restore.3/day
Wk. 4-Tamox..20mg..PostCycleSupport..4/day...Restore.3/day

looks great, but tamoxifen is way to high, drop it to 20mg throughout the whole PCT

and Taper the Restore last few days of PCT.

you can add a cort blocker too

Agreed 20/20/20/20 would be fine. Post Cycle Support I would run either weeks 2-5 of pct or 3-6 of pct.
