Epistane Pct Help

So I'm on my first epistane cycle. Right now it looks like this

Week 1: 20mg + hawthorne, pantothenic acid + nac + saw palmetto + fish oil + multi + liv52 (liver protectant)
Week 2: 20mg + hawthorne, pantothenic acid + nac + saw palmetto + fish oil + multi + liv52 (liver protectant)
Week 3: 30mg + hawthorne, pantothenic acid + nac + saw palmetto + fish oil + multi + liv52 (liver protectant)
Week 4: 40mg + hawthorne, pantothenic acid + nac + saw palmetto + fish oil + multi + liv52 (liver protectant)

My sides is minimum: libido same, testicular atrophy is not there, no signs of gyno, more or less not alot of sides.

My question is should i go towards nolvadex or clomid for my main serm. i have both with me but i want to know which one is best for my situation? and if nolvadex is the answer why is an anti-e needed for a PH that is already ant-e? this is probably already been answered but i just can't find it anywhere.

and should my nolva pct look like this:
40/20/20/10? or is this too much?
and i would obviously take my milk thistle in pct as well.

Nolvadex or Clomid will restart your HPTA. Epi is really not an anti e.
Either one will work. I would also run Post cycle support with the serm.

I ran Nolva 20-20-10-10 after using Epi for four weeks, hitting a high of 40 mgs a day.

I also used Stoked. I seemed to have kept all my gains with no noticeable negative effects from this cycle.

Low dosed serm with Post Cycle Support is a great pct for epi.

Keep a serm on hand, but dont necessarily feel like you have to take it. Definitely have it on hand, though.

FOr havoc should I low does nolva and do clomid and the later on do a testbooster and a AI? could you run an AI along side of just clomid? Clomid works as lowering estrogen too right?
