I think there's more people who feel the way we do than we are led to believe, but there's no outlet uniting the frustration.

everyone has different baggage...women have womens rights issues, hispanics have hispanic rights issues, blacks have black rights issues, jews have jewish, rights issues, christians have christian rights issues, muslems have muslem rights issues.....diversity was pushed on us real hard just so we would be splintered and not be united....

once upon a time people in this country were able to put race, gender, religion aside to unite against injustices against the working man...changes were forced upon the powers that be[rockefeller/carnegie/vanderbilt/morgan] and improvements were made for the working man....but those improvements did not come without a fight!!!

it is my opinion that corporate america and the government they control have conditioned us to just look out for ourselves and we can't see the advantage of uniting for a common cause.

I remember having those annual assemblies when I was a kid on racism and the message I felt, "damn we really are different and need to accept each other for who we are?"

All my life since when I was a kid when I had to fill out a form on what our ethnic background was I always checked "other" and the faculty would give me problems once in a while when I did that. Yeah thats right, Im "other"...I didnt have a choice to check "human." Shyt never made sense to me.

btw-why haven't the hispanics weighed in on this, i would be curious to hear what they have to say...as far as i know the media has not been seeking out hispanic leaders for their opinions. as far as i can tell this has been played out as a black/white issue.

oh yeah, what happened to the I.R.S/benghazi/nsa scandals? got to give the obama administration credit, they sure know how to divert our attention away from the stuff that really matters!!!

agree with the last part but the thing about race is different when you talk about people of african-american decent reason being and unpolitically correct as it may sound "shade" of skin, both do have white in their blood but Zim's is lighter shade than Obama. Just the way it is, call it perception or whatever. My brother was studying anthropology and there was a part where they discussed the entire "latino/hispanic" debate ... the wording of it, as an example to quantify a group of people.

i hope your brother was studying outside of the united states, there is no possible way to have a honest debate about race in this country.
