4. Why should we choose you? Serious diet and excercise because I'm tired of the fat around belly. Lost 5lbs and still going strong. This year is my year to look my best.

4. Why should we choose you? I am 4 weeks into a 12 week cut. I was logging myokems fat burner( did want to note this for you guys incase it would be a problem running the logs so close together) to start off the cut and will be keeping on down this road. The plan at the end to to be around 220-225 so by the end of the next four weeks i plan to be sitting at arounnd 235 hopefully. I have gotten my diet and the plan in the gym dialed in for the rest of my cut.
5. How often can you update your log? (we are looking for at least 3-4 times a week) i can update at least 5 times a week and everyday spent in the gym. I will put out there that since i work on a small ship their will be sometimes that i cant get in a normal gym but i do bodyweight and db/kb hiit routines to make up for it. And even though i dont have cell service at times i am able to update by computer so i alwasy find a way to make it work.
