I am an natural lifter who has only been serious about Bodybuilding for about 3 months now of dead solid effort. For those of you who follow my logs, yall know i work extremely hard in the gym...many of you would consider it over training on a day-2-day basis...but anyways I just wanted to post these to show what i have been up to.

Nope hasn't payed off at all, you should probably just quit all together and spend time gardening or something....

like arnold said in his movies. When you pose. Especially your back double bi it looks like your hiding away, bring your arms straight out there and up more. Focus on concentration curls to get a better peak in your bi's that looks like a fairly weak area to work on. Another thing work on your bend over rows and wide grip pull downs you need some wider lats. Please dont take offense to my comments giving constructive criticism like you said. Anyways nice and keep up the good work. The funny thing is when i first started working out when i was a kid i remember i couldnt even press the bar. Then about 3 or 4 weeks later i was atleast doing 135. I wish i could have those gains again anyways nice progress.
