NooB to the board, NooB to lifting.

please feel free to critique the crap out of me. my reason for posting is because i am tired of listening to these GNC tips and being def, dumb, and blind. i recently lost 36 pounds (started 7 months ago) due to proper dieting and excercising. my goal is to stay lean and add some muscle and generally look more muscular. im open to any suggestions besides needles. thanks alot people.

welcome to the board i am small, I'm working on losing weight myself. Good luck with the gaining. And as for gaining muscle while keeping definition. Slowly increase your calories until you're gaining about 1 lb every 2 weeks. Hopefully each lb will be muscle since you're gaining it slowly. Or you could go hardcore and gain a lb a week and hope not to gain fat
