pics/ suggestions

I'm trying to gain weight. I've been lifting pretty consistently for about 7 years now. I played football in college at around 142pounds, but I now weigh in between 155-160, I'm 5'8.5" inches tall, and 25 years old, but I can't seem to get any bigger. Any suggestions on supplements (i'm not currently taking anything) or critiques would be appreciated.

In order to help we need a starting point. Like how tall you are, current diet with macro break down and current training routine.

Sorry about that. I updated the original post to include more information. I have been trying to get around 175g of protein, and 360g of carbs lately, but i've tried playing with those numbers in the past. I've also been trying to hit around 3500 calories. My job sometimes requires me to run, so I have been doing cardio to stay in shape, but I feel that gaining mass (lean or not) would also help me perform my job better as well. My lifting routine is
day1= chest, tris, quads, abs.
day2= back, bi's, forearms, hamstrings
day3= off
day4= shoulders, traps, calves and abs
day5= off
day6= off.............. restart at day1.
I recently have gone back to lifts I havent done in a while trying to spark some growth, such as power cleans, hang cleans, and standing push press.

You need to jack your protein up some. Your only getting around 1.1gram per pound try upping that to 1.5 to 2.0gram per pound. If you don't already use it Fitday.com is a huge help.

Try to take less days off and seperate your body parts a bit more. And try adding 500 cals to start and move up from there. 3500 calories with your buid and activity is probably at maintenance.

I would recommend this –

Day 1 – squats and stiff legged deads

Day 2 – off

Day 3 – chest/ arms (compound movements

Day 4 – off

Day 5 – bent rows (warm lower back) and pull ups + barbell presses (military press

Day 6 – off

Keep your total sets low and intense… keep your rep range 8 – 20

Eat protein constantly…. Up the carbs too.

What type of job do you have?

Thanks for the help so far. I'll try upping the protein and calories, and play with my schedule/lifts a little. My employment is in law enforcement. Do you think a product such as Jungle Warfare or X-Factor or anything else may help?
