I'm 19 5'7 180, dont know the bf but can you guys guess-a-mate?

As of right now I have a friend who did a write up of a DFHT routine, so im doing a 4day split.

Started dieting on CKD, lost a bit of water weight the first 2 weeks, these pictures are 3 weeks old. I started at 194 and now im 180. Doing cardio 3x a week(incline steady pace for 35min).

For Sups im taking trueprotien whey, L-Orth/L-Argin, Multi Vi, Flax-seed oil caps.

Oh and as for my back, thats the scar I had surgery done on. Lost alot of strength when that happend.

Any suggestions? Anything I need to improve? Do I have potential?

Where are the new pix :ntome: ?

After you finish cutting, do you plan on bulking up a lot, or a little? What are your long term goals?

Of course you have potential. The key is going to be controlling your diet and still keeping the nutrition you need for lifting and seeing str results as well as weight loss. hard to do both at the same time and it can discourage people.

Body fat %? I would guess 22-25% but you could drop that by a whole lot in 8 months of consistant training. Good luck man!

Not to be a critic, but similar photos would be more helpful to distinguish differences. Like the bathroom pic, it allows for a better "before & after". Looks like some loss in the midsection, great job. Always remember, Rome wasn't built in a day. These hardfought gains really help to define character. I wish you continued success in your endeavor.
peace

im sure youve heard it before but diet is key in any of your body changing goals, get that down then your set... other then that yes you have great potential as does anyone and every one.

me for example. ive been the same hight since my fresh year in highschool (5'10" @129lbs) i had an early growth spurt and then was introduced to drugs wich im certain is the reason why the growth stopped. either wayy i graduated highschool @140 lbs. was ok definition wise but still your typical skinny kid. i could hardly lift my own body wieght and gaining weight wasa a long time comin even with a big clean diet. as of today im 180 lbs, still a skinny kid in my own opinion, and my last max i benched 275 twice. i wish i could find some old shirtless pictures of myself cause id post em. needless to say man stick to it and youll learn a self dicpline and increase your own self respect that will benifit you in limitless ways. good luck.:head:

Everyone has potential. Just maintain your focus like others have said. Diet is key. I became a fat ass and it wasn't until 2+ years ago that I got back into bodybuilding and got **** together once again. Now, I'm back to being a stud...lol. Joining a good community, such as this one, will help with your progress. At least it did for me.

Keep up with the pics man it'll keep ya honest knowing you have to put something up there. I can see the weight loss in the newer pics so good job. Keep it slow and steady and your fat loss will be fat and not fluids that will come back quickly.

If you can scrounge up the cash I would suggest talking with Bobo and see if he is taking new clients. He can get you square with everything you need and all you have to do is follow the outline.

Suggestions: stay dedicated
Improvements: always one somewhere ;)
Potential: we all have it, but you don't know how much until you've busted your ass to find it :)

And, I believe you asked for your bodyfat, I'd guess around 30-33% in your first pics, maybe 25-30ish in the second pics--great progress!!! Luckily, at your weight, that's not too horrible. I can be gone almost entirely within a year, 1.5 at most with lots of dedication (and I mean, six pack gone)

I ate lots of ice cream and drank muscle milk and recovered very quickly from surgery. I also made sure to drink lots and lots of water. Five days after surgery I was back in the gym doing light work. Watch out with those Vikes though, they will plug you up major and that really sucks. Opiates slow down the entire system, including the parts involved with the poop chute. If I were you, I would start taking some fiber such as benefiber. If you don't believe me, search on google and there are many horror stories of constipation while on painkillers.
