    As for the gyno im in the same boat. It's not bad but it is there and it will get more prominant the leaner you get. More of less if you plan on competing id get it looked at. I know a guy who should have won his class but judges placed him bottom because of gyno.
    Well, I'm just over 8 weeks out now, so a little late to focus solely on building more size. That'll have to wait till after the shows.
    We're on track to have the gyno reduced just about as much as possible at this point.

    Crazy thing is.... I was posing the other day taking my progress pics and they keep looking better the more food I do add . Just a genetic thing as they are my best body part . Then again I just love beating the crap out of my legs when I train, so that's probably another reason

    Working on that back, my biggest weakness





    Up about 10 pounds after ending my cut 4 weeks ago. Holding it decently
