    Added about 30 pounds, I'm now at 198

    Stats:
    Arms:13-15.75
    Chest:39-41
    Forearms:10-12.75
    Thighs: 20.5-22
    Calfs:14.8-16
    Shoulders:43.5-46

    What do you all think? Any idea where my BF% is? Am I starting to look like I lift?

    Started around 3,800 but I've stalled a couple times and had to up it. Right now it's at 5,000 calories and gaining less then a pound per week
