    Start touching your chest. No bounce, just a touch.

    Solid weight though for bein 135 man. When I was there I was no where close to that weight. Get that form perfected and you'll be a beast. Get 3 wheels on there!

    Got up to 285 on squat but I have lower back problems, I could go up but I don't want to risk it
