I'm gonna be competing in my first shown in July, I'm a little nervous. This is what I look like, now. Any valid pointers on what I need to work on would be greatly appreciated.

FRONT LOOKS GOOD but legs and back need work imho, no competitor here but lower back needs more detail also quads are not there yet
Lose the Mets and Boston hats acquire Yankees hat. But seriously I can't tell by the high socks but maybe a little More calf work everything else looks pretty good.

For physique? Need to get wider up top (but who doesn't?!?!?) also lower back detail is lacking but I'd venture to say that'll tighten up closer to getting on stage. Your leg size is irrelevant, just calf but even that isn't very important. Physique is mostly top heavy judging
You're already pretty lean and have decent muscle development, adding size would be a goal after this show. Good luck
