    My workout videos!


    Hello. I am a senior in high school and a weight lifter. I have been lifting consistently for about 3 years and with good knowledge for a year!! I have a workout log also!! Please follow along, give advice and criticisms! also subscribe on YouTube if you can!!

    Nice lifts dude. You should keep up the hard work. I am not that well verse in form so maybe someone like Zir or rodja could come and help. I can post videos for you until you get enough post. Just pm me as you make them. Nice to see another teen lifter. By the way nice YouTube name. I am digging the initials.

    i agree. did you see we signed a WR today from boston college who is 6'7"?! crazy. i hope vick can handle the playbook.

    I feel like he is done being an nfl QB. I honesty feel like Geno smith at number four or maybe even a pat white in a situation like Vick was. A backup that didn't play for like a year and then bam Kurt Warner like success

    nah man not Geno. ive watch so much film on him (what i do in my down time). he isnt even worth a 1st round pick. If anyone, i want EJ Manuel to groom for a year or two. he has the best potential out of all the qb's. I want either Jordan, Floyd, Milliner, Fisher, or star at #4

    Any advice! I couldn't record yesterday's workout because the person that normally records me couldn't do it! It's horrible because I really brought my form in!

    You're flat backed. Try building up a slight arch in order to drive back onto your traps. Also, you can see yourself wobble before the decent of the bar. You want to be stable. You don't seem to be using much leg driven to do so. If you can position your knees below your hips (YouTube Brandon Lilly bench press 101, he will explain that) you'll be able to use more leg drive.

    What Sean said. Also, try to touch lower on your chest by tucking your elbows a pinch. That will help your to touch higher and shorten up the range of motion. Also loads the weight into your lats better.
