New here, just really started working out 9 months ago. Totally addicted now. Who would have thought that hard work actually does pay off?
Awesome progress man! Keep up the good work.
god damn is right. that's VERY impressive for 9 months. props to u.
-It's not about what you're doing, it's about how you're doing it.
hmm how do we know that first pic is really you lol.. good work that is ridiculous progress
Damn. How'd you do it?
Super clean diet, i repeat...super super clean diet, and i ate the right foods at the right time of day. Actually I did zero cardio, but I busted my ass in the gym 6 days a week, 2 hours a day. Minimum of 200 grams of protein a day and the fewest carbs I could possibly manage and still have enough energy to lift to my fullest potential. I made a point to push myself more every workout. Whether it was one extra rep, or 2 extra pounds. 200 mg of test cyp every 7 days and ghrp-2 injected twice to three times daily. I weighed 226 lbs in the first pic. I weigh 215 pounds today. So it's obvious I put on quite a bit of muscle.
Wow.. that is an incredible difference. Awesome job!
Congratulations! What'd you name the baby? Wait...
But seriously, very nice job.
Anybody have a guess as to what my current BF% is?
WOW. Looking GREAT! That's fantastic for. 9 months with no cardio. Keep up the hard work!
I have to ask....
No ECA? Clen? T3? DNP?
Thats a wicked gut to drop so fast AND build muscle... but I know it can be done, just VERY impressed and would like to know all the tools used to get there...

What's your stats, including age? Also, could you post more before pics, with a face? Great job man. I'm on my 4th month and I've gone from a scrawny 170 to a lean 205. I'm 6'1" and 29, running ghrp6 and recently spliced with mod cjc, been workin on powerlifting. Oh I'd love to hear about your workout routine as well please!
Here's another before picture. One with my face so to remove all doubt it's actually me.
