Okay guys so my currrent 'cut' has been an absolute joke. Pizza, Ice cream, bagels, barely any cardio (well in the gym at least) just basically an overall joke
So I got 10 days before Punta Cuna and my lady poker (thanks stackedcop for the vocabulary btw lol) works for 10s only (maybe a 9 after a few drinks ). So I've decided I'm doing a 'super cut'...dundundun
Rules: 20 minute HITT EVERY Morning, Stop eating like a jerkoff, 20 minute HITT after EVERY workout.
Goals: Noticeable chizzle and cut up, losing about 3-4 pounds.
