    Heres wat im left with after bulking and then recompin...im just maintainin what i got now hehe...still find myself cruizin thru 6-8 5oz tins of tuna a day hehe mmmmm.

    Started out at 140. And ya, the peck situation is still undergoing maintenance lol. Just recently added incline dumbells and have been gettin some good soreness outta doin those. Any other suggestions im totally open to

  8. A few people told me to open up with some flys to get the blood flowing then hit it harder with the chest building exercises and just worry about reps and not weight. Like say you do 250x10 if you start off on bench. Do flys for awhile, and even if you can only do 225x10 as long as the concentration is there it can work. Lighter flys then incline dumbbells always tears me up (then I hurt my shoulder somehow and threw that off track..)

  9. thats great progress dude. very impressive. keep up the good work! i was 143lbs the first day i stepped in the gym and not as lean as you. i know how hard it is but im sure its been worth it for ya.

    Welllll...looks like i have sum experimenting to do wit all that in mind. Thnx for the input!

  14. 2.5 month pic posted I know not a whole lotta progress, but my bis r finally catchin up with my forearms haha yaaaa. Wish my flippin chest wud start to bulge ((( O well....still got 7 months to go so we'll see. And my Creapure comes in this week thank god. Cant wait to try it out, as of right now the only supplement im taking and have taken thru this lil journey is nutrapro whey. So hopin i may get a lil boost .

  16. Chest/lats/shoulders look like they are filling in nicely. Good job man. Didn't really throw in a bi/tri shot but make sure them arms don't fall behind the rest of your upper body. I applaud your dedication, not too many people have pics like this where they are transforming their body completely. You can really see the difference. Gonna look great after this bulk and a cut if you do one (no homo). Can you PM me the workout routine you are using? I see you mentioned you were overworking it and unreal helped you out. I want to see what that looks like so I know I'm not overdoing it.

    Thnx bud...ya i figured id go ahead and share the whole darn journey with this place. Shootin for 220-230 range so this post will be active for quiiiiiiite sometime haha. And ya ill be cuttin/recomping depending on how things r lookin. Still got another 7 months in this bulk yaaaaa.

  23. Try to just recomp and not full blown cut, solidify those gains more. You might lose too much. You're looking awesome though man. A year from now you'll be a monster. I've been on bulk for awhile but I cleaned up my diet and do somewhat of carb cycling and I am getting bigger and stronger and started getting fatman abs poking through, lol.

  24. Im feelin that. Right now im actually doin keto and lovin it. Eatin about 2-300 over maintenance. As of now everything is stayin intact lol.

  25. Every time I cut I lose my "swole" look and get weaker and I hate it. I'm probably never going to cut again, just really strict hardcore recomps drawn out from like feb-june. Anyone can get abs, I want all the other muscles on my body, lol.
