A few people told me to open up with some flys to get the blood flowing then hit it harder with the chest building exercises and just worry about reps and not weight. Like say you do 250x10 if you start off on bench. Do flys for awhile, and even if you can only do 225x10 as long as the concentration is there it can work. Lighter flys then incline dumbbells always tears me up (then I hurt my shoulder somehow and threw that off track..)
thats great progress dude. very impressive. keep up the good work! i was 143lbs the first day i stepped in the gym and not as lean as you. i know how hard it is but im sure its been worth it for ya.

2.5 month pic posted I know not a whole lotta progress, but my bis r finally catchin up with my forearms haha yaaaa. Wish my flippin chest wud start to bulge ((( O well....still got 7 months to go so we'll see. And my Creapure comes in this week thank god. Cant wait to try it out, as of right now the only supplement im taking and have taken thru this lil journey is nutrapro whey. So hopin i may get a lil boost .

Chest/lats/shoulders look like they are filling in nicely. Good job man. Didn't really throw in a bi/tri shot but make sure them arms don't fall behind the rest of your upper body. I applaud your dedication, not too many people have pics like this where they are transforming their body completely. You can really see the difference. Gonna look great after this bulk and a cut if you do one (no homo). Can you PM me the workout routine you are using? I see you mentioned you were overworking it and unreal helped you out. I want to see what that looks like so I know I'm not overdoing it.
