Beginning of Cycle Pics
Here are three pics I took last night, roughly 5 days into my first cycle. Cycle will last 3 more weeks before beginning PCT. I'm using Beastdrol/Katandrol. I'm 6' 195lbs looking to cut down my BF while maintaining/gaining some size.
Thoughts, comments, BF guesstimates are welcome. If you see a body part really lacking or an exercise that I could really benefit from don't hesitate to say so. Thanks!

bf id say is around 16%, possibly more. personally i would have cut down prior to the cycle.
what compounds are in these products?

whooo-eeee nice titties! hahaha....bodyfat is 15-18% id say....beastdrol is superdrol right? have you ran anything before....whats your workout history look like?

Beastdrol is superdrol and Katadrol is 19-Norandrosta 4,9 diene- 3,17 dione 40mg per cap 4-chloro-17a-methyl-androst-1,4- diene-3-17b-dio 10mg.
Been training for 2-3 years. Was 240lbs went all the way down to 175 then slowly built up to 190, but had a bad 7 months and blew back up to a pretty fat 210. Prior to my 7 month lay off I was doing around 20 sets per muscle with a lot of reps and very little rest periods. This time around my workout is a bit different. I can post my my last weeks worth of weights if anyone is interested and if it would help. My diet is 90% there just got to avoid having that extra cheat meal every week, but I don't think my cardio/routine are quite there yet.
Two Minute Rest between each set and 3 mins between movements
Incline Dumbbell Press 4 x 8
Dumbbell Flys (flat or incline) 4 x 8
Dips 4 x 10
Leg Raises 4 x 20
Tuesday - 40 minute cardio (RUNNING ON THE STREET)
Lat Pulldowns 4 x 12
Wide Grip Rear Pulldowns 4 x 12
Superset - 1 minute rest do it 5 xs
Cable Rows(Think of the trainer) x 8
Single Arm Dumbbell Rows x 8
Wednesday - 40 Minute Cardio AM on the street
Superset Rest 2 mins, do it 4 times
Standing Lateral Raises x 8
Lateral Raises x 8
Dumbbell Upright Rows x 8
Thursday - 40 Min running cardio
Calf Raises - 20x4
Leg Press 4x12
Leg Raises 4x20
Seated Bent Over Lateral Raises 4 x 10
Shrugs 4 x 15
Bicep Barbell Curls - 4x10
Preacher dumb bell Curl - 4x8
Standing Dumbbell Curl - 4x10
Tricep Cable Pushdowns - 4 x 12
Dips - 4x10
Standing Barbell Extensions - 4x12
skull crushers 4x8
Abs crunches - 20x4

what was your pct again?
i suggest starting strength as your workout program, use the 4 off days to do your cardio
run starting strength for 12 weeks, FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS.

Diet is posted below. Veggies interchange and chicken is swamped for = amount of other sorts of meat.
PCT will be Forge Post Cycle, Sustain Alpha, Endoamp and toco-8
Really starting strength. I already bench, deadlift and squat and pushpress, I dunno if I can go back to doing only those. Even TBT was a bit boring.
Meal 1 8am
ANPB 2 tbsp
2 Scoops Whey
1/2 Cup Oatmeal
Meal #2 11am
8oz Chicken Breast
1 cup of spinach
Meal #3 2pm
8oz chicken breast
1/2 Cup Oatmeal
Meal#4 6pm Post Workout
5 Oz Chicken Breast
1 cup of green beans
3 Scoop Whey

starting strength is plenty for growth, if the intensity and kcals are there.
have you ran the macros on that diet?
what are the kcals coming in at?
what is your daily kcal target?
IMO, pretty potent trifecta stack. Should see a solid 10 pounds if all is in check.

314g Protein per day
49g of Fat Per Day
That was before I added more green veggies and took out a serving of ANPB. So it is a bit more carbs and less fat.
I just moved back home and have to go find the box that has all my books to find my starting strength. You think I should drop the routine and use just that? What kind of cardio?

yeah, i think 3 months of compound movements would do you well.......
If you choose Starting Strenngth. STICK TO THE ROUTINE, dont deviate from it.
Your calories will have to go up though......Like 3000 or more everyday......Probably 3200-3500 to maximize gains and recovery.
cardio, first think in the morning......empty stomach.......20 minutes.

Hit that cardio in the mornings just dont go too crazy with it because you will compromise your gains in strength
