Test Cyp Dbol Cycle before and after
Ok there are a few of these floating around but here is my results from my cycle
Cycle was 500mg of test cyp a week
25mg of dbol every day for week 1-4
I gained 27 pounds. Went up 2% in bf%. So I think I 6 pounds of it was fat and the rest was muscle. (i will check on the exact pound to fat ratio later).
I just started the post cycle and to be fair will post the results after the post cycle is done.
It was fun for my first cycle.

Great job, I seen you post this in another thread, what is your pct, how was your training and diet while on? Just wondering not a big deal if you don't want to answer

I have a complete log off my training with weights over the whole cycle that I will post in a few days when I get the chance to type it all up.
My diet was pretty simple.
500 above maintenance
Mainly all complex carbs. Lean meats. Mostly chicken breast. I am the exact opposite of "anything and everything" diet. Everything I ate was part of a plan for the day. Ate every 2-3 hours. Consumed 350-400g of protein a day.
Took creatine and waxy maize.
PCT is clomid and nolvadex.
Like I said in a few days when I get the chance to sit down and completely type up my training log I will do that.

damn 27 pds is alot.. whats this ur 1st run? if so why did u add dbol and not use test e?
what good and bad did dbol do?

test e and test cyp is preference in my opinion. What good did dbol do? Well it kick started the cycle. Gave me strength gains pretty fast. The bad? Gained water weight. But I lost that bloat after the 4th week. And yes it was my first cycle. Today I weighed myself and I had lost 3 pounds.

GREAT RESULTS! Thats posterboy material right there haha. I also think your abs look better in the second picture, but maybe its because of the tan? Either way, great job! I bet it feels great! BTW how tall are you because I weigh 188 right now, and I look much thicker than you in the first pic hehe (im also 5'8")

yeah . chest really looks great and there seems very little in the way of water retention considering the type of gear used ... hats off to u bro ..

two and a half weeks into my post. Strength is good and everything else seems good. I still have only lost 3 pounds.

weighed myself last night and I have dropped 6 pounds total. I am second day in to the third week. So I took a picture just for reference and documentation and noticed that I must be dropping the water. I looked a lot dryer. For some reason my work computer wont connect to my camera. When I do get the camera working I will post the pic.

Thanks a lot for the compliments. So far I am 3.5 weeks into the post cycle. I have been purposely trying to loose the tan so I can take pictures as similar to the before pics as possible. So once I am done with the post cycle I will post a final “after” pics. I really cant wait to start cutting and see well it looks.

ok last official day of my post cycle. Today I weighed myself and I weighed 208 so I lost 7 pounds total in my post cycle.
