    Still pretty much look the same, as noted I've gained a bit of bodyfat back...

    Well I screwed myself from ever competing "naturally" I guess...just looked at the rules on a few of the federations and the cut off was Dec 08...grr I'm stupid.

    Anyway, critique away...

    6' 209 - 210 around 9.8 - 10.3 % (given the sampling error)

    IMHO your back got wayyy bigger!
    Your a big guy so I agree with above poster: You have no real weak points.. Everything seems fairly proportional- Your arms seemed to have gotten bigger as well.
    Very good results if you ask me: congratulations.. Although I will say I was taken back by the banana hammocks P

    One thing I'd suggest would be to focus a little more on making the chest "fuller".. IT's there don't get me wrong, but it seems to bulge out less than some other muscles.. Not a real critique, just something that I would probably work on if I had your physique.

    Yeah I posted a disclaimer about the posers, so sorry for the shock. I guess that's what they are there for I guess right? Shorts don't show the detail in the legs, glutes, and/or hip flexors and such which are things I know the judges look at. I bought them to see what it would look like if I were to ever step on stage. Speaking of that where are you supposed to "hide" your boys in those things? Geez...

    Thanks for the critiques, my chest has always been lacking, so I'm going to try a bit harder on putting together a program for mass there.

    10 years in now as far as lifting, and I've always hit every body part once a week.
