    Updates: 2009 Offseason


    Still pretty solid although losing weight from my bronchitis wasnt ideal.


  2. Yeah I caught that damn 24 hr virus the night before NYE. I didn't eat anything for almost 48 hrs. Looking like a BEAST in the photo though bro! Keep it up!

    Well thanks! Tendonitis is bad in the extensors so I struggle with my forearms but you are right for sure. Basically, I think everything sucks.

    I have tendonitis too so I sympathise! Makes it harder to do other exercise also becuase your grip gives before you do!

    Legs look good, back with a shirt on looks wide!

    Thanks you guys. It really is a freaking fun...although frustrating...hobby. I really love the lifestyle. And I am always learning.

  28. Well I guess I'll start doing more squats during my workouts.... Damn you just made me jump to a new level of working out. ..... Forgot to mention, you'll get a lot of hit's on this threat.

    is this the first time you have aggravtaing pain in the forearms?

    does it hurt when you do squats? I know when i bend my arms that far back...the other day i did backsquats and causes pain with my elbows back like that. do you have this same issue?

    I see you use write and elbow wraps.

    do you do any exercises that cause pain? or work around pain?

    Its just wear and tear from powerlifting. Something I have to live with.

    Not so much. Love Skip. Great guy. We talk more on FACEBOOK. My wife is working with him. It's more financial than anything. He IS the guy I would pick to prep me for sure.

  33. Are you looking to compete this year? I see you live fairly close. There are quite a few shows going in Ohio.

    We actually have a powerlifting meet going on I want to say this weekend.

    No more powerlifting. No desire for it.

    I am taking the year off and will do jr nats or just nationals in 2010.

    I have areas I need to work on. I still have to bring up chest, arms, back, calves and work on my waist. Thats all.

    Doesnt bother me during squatting. I work around pain.

  38. Well you have an awesome base, I would maybe jump in a 2009 show just for the practice posing. I bet you would be suprised how well you place.

    Placing doesnt matter to me. Just doing my best. I need to grow. I qualified for nationals last year so I am just gonna practice at home and save some cash.
