    Great to hear!

I've noted the same, my pressing has become much easier

They really are! I haven't been able to do any upper body training other than biceps and triceps for the past month. It has been pretty boring hahaha!

  6. I'll be doing legs tomorrow, the squat machine I usually use is broken and hacks squats will have to do. Haven't done free weight squats in years, because of the surgery. The knee pain and being nervous has kept me from attempting to try an do them. I hope to eventually get it done with the help of Genoflex.

  7. No joint pain, Genoflex is the real deal. I expect some muscle soreness, which I haven't experienced in a while since I was able to use heavier weights. Hopefully the squat machine will be repaired by the time leg day comes around again. Looking forward to moving into free weight squats, sometime in April if all goes well.

  9. I've been trying to increase my cardio a bit here lately. The stair master has always been my arch enemy. 3 minutes would send my knees into pain. Today I managed to go for 20 minutes and climbed 61 floors on the machine! My wife can notice the improvement in the way I move and my lack of complaining after training. She will probably start taking it as well.

The post cardio or leg day whine syndrome. It plagues the best of us brother.

  14. So it's been a while since my girlfriend finished her bottle. I promised @bdcc a final review about 17 years ago and forgot.

She still is pretty much pain free. Weather has been hectic lately and she hasn't had any problems. Knees haven't bothered her on heavy squats or deadlifts and usually she can't run on a treadmill because it causes her pain. She's been sprinting a mile every day and pain free.

Today was the only day her knees bothered her but it wasn't until set 6 or 7 of 20-30 lbs heavier than she's used to that it started to bother her.

We are both pretty impressed. It's definitely helped her a lot and gotten her back in the gym.

Weather changes can really be a pain, literally. Very cool that the lady is doing squats and deads and even cooler it has been free of pain brosef. Thanks for updating us and good to hear she had favorable results!

  16. Quick update. Still getting less than 5 hours of sleep because of my crucial work schedule as well as a nasty head cold and sick kids. Been feeling amazing loose and pain free so far though. Very please and looking forward to the rest of this run!

  17. Update the genny started making my stomach upset, so I cut back to once a day. The good news is I had a great leg workout heavy squats, leg presses and leg extentions pain free. If I start to feel pain I'll try twice a day again.

"I'll be updating my thread with my final GenoFlex review hopefully tomorrow night after work. For now, I can definitely say that being off GenoFlex is what has opened my eyes to how effective it truly was. I liked it before, but now being off and feeling pain that I forgot all about for a month, I have a newfound appreciation for the product and joint support in general. This has made it go up from a 3.5/5 to a 4.5/5 in my books."

Joint supps are sneaky like that.
They help, you get comfortable and notice pains/aches less.

Only upon cessation do you remember how bad it used to be

  24. This is the machine I use for squats.
I did the whole rack for 15 reps, could've done more but didn't want to push it more than I already was. I usually stop at 5 plates from the bottom, but felt strong and decided to go for it. I also did 720lbs for 15 reps on the leg press, I usually only go up to 540lbs I only felt a little pain walking down the steps after doing squats to go to the leg press machine and didn't feel any during the rest of my workout.
