Maybe a silly question, but...
Is ABE a GDA/nutrition partitioner?
I ask this because label says to take it with the largest meals, which is a tipical recomendation for GDAs...

Another question.
Coop mentioned in another forum that in workout days it would be optimal to take it periworkout.
Is this only because of the forskollin?
I'm taking MyoSynergy preworkout, so if it's only for the forskollin, maybe ABE wouldn't be necessary pre. I'd take only post.

Not a GDA but does carry some partitioning benefits so with a large meal is just fine

Recommendations were once 2 pre 2 post,
I always used 2 post and 2 with my breakfast personally

Often forskolin is recommended empty stomach for optimal fat loss benefits. The lodhra bark in AnaBeta Elite should make that unnecessary so dosing with a meal or prior to one is the best way IMO.

It definintely has some nutrient partitioning benefits. I like to take 2 caps in the morning, fasted, preworkout and the other 2 with my first real meal in the evening (I follow an IF type schedule)

So to understand this correctly, recommendations were once 2 pre 2 post, but that has changed to 2 caps with 2 largest meals of the day, correct?
