Alphamine + GDA + Carbs

Hello everybody,

at the moment im in a cut and im also consuming various carbs but changing from day to day from 150 to 335g of carbs. Now my question would it still be possible to take alphamine with a GDA like Recompadrol or SSv2 and get the fatloss benefits from the Yohimbine ? Ive read various threads here now but i didnt find a true answer to my question.

You can combine them still if you want. The carbs in the specific meal after the Alphamine ingestion will blunt the effects of the Y, but there is much more to the Alphamine formula than simply that. Ideally you'll also be taking an Alphamine serving at another time pre-exercise to maximize the benefits of that component of the formula though.
