Hey guys,
Its about that time again where its time to look a little decent for spring break. I believe a solid month and a half would be pretty good if I watch my diet and calories (what's new... right?) Well for this simple cutting stack I will be incorporating Alphamine - Fruit Punch (Bdcc you would be proud), New version of Alpha-T2, and 95% Forskolin.
My dosing regimen will be as follows:
8 am: 1 scoops of delicious alphamine (replaces that morning coffee!)
2 Forskolin 95% (50mg)
12pm (Workout): 1 Alpha-T2/ 1 Scoop Alphamine/ 1 Forskolin-95
4pm (after classes): 1 Alpha-T2/ 1 Forskolin-95/ MAYBE 3rd scoop of alphamine depending on how I feel.
I believe this dosing schedule should treat me well but I've never stacked Alpha-T2 with alphamine so if anyone has any other recommendations then it is definitely welcome. I am already starting to cut back on my carbs from brown rice and wheat pasta to veggies such as sweet potato (1x/week), corn, carrots, spinach, green beans, asparagus etc... I've had some great success with the original alpha-t2 and now I'm definitely trying out the new version. I still need to freaking try Anabeta Elite and Erase pro, but the time will definitely be soon!
