Hey guys,
I'm nearly one month into a planned 2 month cycle. It really kicked in last week. Unfortunately I have to leave for a week long business trip out of the country. Can I take a 1 week hiatus between the sets of bottles? Should I try to travel with them (Going from US to Amsterdam)? Will I still have that build-up period with the Anabeta? Going to destroy my muscles before I leave since I probably will not get the opportunity to weight train. What would you guys do? Also, how long should I wait after my second set of bottles before running again?
