  15. I have completely eliminated all stimulants from my diet with the exception of pre workout.

    No alphamine, not even a small coffee every now and again.

    Two scoops of Enhanced might be too much for me now. I might have to go to 1.5 lol.

  16. I have tried Enhanced (EU-version) in 4 workouts, 2 x 1 1/2 scoop and 2 x 2 scoops.

    I feel it, but I don't feel it as I would have hoped. It can have something to do with my own motivation, which is a little lower than usual. I feel Alphamine (EU-version) more than Enhanced. Its not like I don't like it, but I hoped the focus and tunnel vision would be more pronounced.

    I have used a lot of pre-workouts before, and CRAZE + Prodigy have been the ones that have worked the best for me..

    I will continue to experiment with it, dosages and such...

  17. I got a question. I have the enhanced UK version and just got my second tube of it. I liked it, so I had to get a new one. But the thing I am wondering about is that sometimes i get a really
    amazing effect with focus/energy/ mind muscle connection and sometimes I dont.
    Could this be about what I eat before hitting the gym? If there is something like sweet potato or brown rice that takes a longer time leaving the stomach and in that way makes enhanced less potent when I take it at the gym? I break my fast with around 100-150g carbs with a whey shake about 1hour before hitting the gym.
    Should I try maybe just take some easy digestive carbs with my whey? White rice/rice cakes with banana/ or just a carb mix with maltodextrin/palatinose?

    The product works best on an empty stomach. Maybe you can try a lighter shake a half hour or hour earlier then you do now. Do you notice the effects are stronger when you consume less before dosing?

  19. I've been missing enhanced for my workouts lately. Finally took some time off of it and ready to get back in the game! I'm hoping my stim cut back will reset my tolerance.

    I dont really know. It dosent bother me soo much, the PWO still works good. Maybe i do feel a better stim effect with less food before. But I will switch between another PWO soo i dont get a tolerance on Enhanced. Bought Voltaile PWO and will try that one today instead enhanced.

    My tolerance wasn't so much to enhanced. It was stimulants in general. I hammered my receptors for over a solid year with no true break. Enhanced was still working great just not for as long as when I started. Not too mention I used it for a bit longer than the recommended time length. Haha
