Yes, I got 2 single serving bags and used 1 of them ~30 minutes prior to going to the gym. The stuff is very strong. I didn't feel stimmed out, but there were some small jitters. Not enough to make me slow down or anything, though.Originally Posted by AZMIDLYF M.Ed. Ex Phys

It has some nice kick to it. Granted, this is only limited feedback from one serving, but there wasn't a crash 3 hours later outside of my usual lull that I get after deadlifts.
