Loving Alphamine. Finally worked my way up to two scoops in the morning and one scoop in the afternoon. Man this stuff ain't nothing to play with. I was drenched in sweat while doing my cardio this morning. I did over a hour of cardio this morning. I had to stop after 45 minutes so I could go get a towel to wipe the sweat off of the cardio equipment lol. I finished up after that. To top it off i still had a lot of energy so I worked calves and did leg curls and leg extentions for 4 sets of 12-15 reps. This was suppose to be a cardio only day lol. I'm stacking this with erase I also have a bottle of shift. I don't think I really need the shift right now. The taste is pretty good. My appetite is in check so far. I'll report back in a few days..
