Here we go guys. I have been excited for this run for some time.

All the talk on anabeta had me dying to try the product. Decided on choosing anabeta elite because if your going to go why not go big!

I love agmatine for a variety of reasons. Crazy pumps and insane increases in vascular appearance. I literally hurt sometimes while on it because the pumps are so strong. I have yet to try this brand but I'm sure its top notch quality because that's what this company does! Agmatine has quickly worked its way in as a staple for me.

Epro is a product that I didn't have the greatest experience with my first run but running it now will help gauge whether or not it may have been a different product I was taking at the time that created my issue's. I'm going to be picking up a few bottle's of OG erase though but figured I would take the remaining epro that I have in my supp stash. The first time I took this product I had some incredible weight loss and shredded up big time but the issue I had from it or the stack it was with was acne. I'm not prone to acne or never was before so it kind of threw me off. I will closely monitor this and I hope it doesn't create the same problem as it truly works wonders!

Last but most certainly not least is Alphamine! I'm on day 4 of this product and I can't even believe how good this stuff is. The energy is second to none in my opinion. I'm really not using it to lose weight in the first month just more to control fat and as a PWO during my bulking stage of this run.

Details on the run:

Weeks 1-4 full out bulk.
If you know me I run a strict diet with very low carb in take. During this period I will throw that out the window. There will be clean up days but not nearly as many as usual. I will also be limiting my cardio in order to avoid inhibiting gains.

Weeks 5-6 recomp.
Cardio will step up a notch and diet will be cleaner. Carbs limited 3-4 days a week.

Weeks 7-8 recomp/cut.
Cardio daily, and extremely low carb diet. This is the best way I cut. Carbs go out the window and protein is jacked up higher then normal to make up for it. I hope to use this time to shred down and really let Alpha shine, I want to see what this run produced.

Although I font agree with minimizing cardio on a bulk a hiit session on shoulder day and arm day would be a nice addition to increase nutrient partioning and appetite. Which on a bulk is win win :).

I'm going to follow this. Enjoy the run!

This is actually pretty similar to my plan over the next 8 weeks. I'm starting out with more of a bulk, transitioning into a recomp, and will drop calories further the last couple weeks depending on body composition results at the time.

Welcome sir! I'm a cardio freak so when I say minimizing I meant cutting down. I'll still do 10-15 minutes cardio 3-4 times a week. I'm an extremely hard gainer and cardio works wonders for me but during bulking it really limits my gains for some reason. Thank you for the feed back and glad your here bro! :approve:

My first experience with one. After failing miserable trying to do caliper readings I looked up this test and realized they offered it very cheap at the local university. Took just minutes and in my eyes truly gauges body comp. I will probably use it to help better prove my results on my logs.

That is astonishing to me that it says you have 23 lbs of fat!! How does that take into account the weight of internal organs, etc?? What about slim frames,thick frames? I just don't see 23 lbs of fat on you bubba.

I still don't see over 14% bf. but that's just me. I would put you around 12-12.5 myself. Either way 165 lbs of beastness

Bod pod readings. They take three readings and average them. Calipers were a fail I don't even want go into that.

Leg day. Energy was incredible today, ate a nice breakfast before my supplementing today so I was able to jump to 1 1/2 scoops of alphamine. Not jittery at all and the energy boost is not diminishing one bit from continual use. :) quick but effective leg day capped with some cardio and ab work. EPRO is definitely starting to show effects as I feel tight even in a carb loaded state.

On a side note most people online really underestimate BF based on pics. So much "yo bro you're 10-12%" nonsense is always posted. You plan on getting tested with the Bodpod again after this run?

Thanks for following bro! Yea I agree on the visual percent inaccuracy. I plan on getting one right at the end of the run or in the last week at least. Work takes a lot of my time so I will try. I'm hooked on them, better then saying "I added five pounds and think 3 of it is muscle"... Proof is in the pudding!

I'll try to keep ya entertained bro my logs are usually pretty interesting. :)

Exactly. People fail to take into account the placement of fat can differ among individuals, too.

Awesome. Getting a good source for BF checking and getting it pre and post is definitely nice. Great way to actually gauge progress.

I will follow but don't always post a ton. So much nonsense happens in logs sometimes I just follow along for the ride. ;)

Alright usually when I have a day off I get off my normal schedule to enjoy a night sleeping with the fiancé and yesterday was no exception. generally I will try to get at least three hours sleep before the shift though so I don't have to be up for 24 hours, today I had a fantasy football draft at 6PM and didn't really feel tired anyway so I skipped the nap. Alphamine serving two went down the hatch about an hour ago and I'm ready to rock! Really feel great but just incase I brought another serving for about 3AM if needed.

I'm not sure if it's just me being a stim wuss or what but I took my first serving at 11AM today and I was feeling the energy boost til almost 6PM. :)

So far I'm loving this stuff!
