Question about erase/shift stack

    Question about erase/shift stack


    My current supplements i'm taking:

    Animal pak
    Omega 3's
    Assault pre workout
    xtend
    protein


    Can i add the erase/shift stack for effectiveness?

    Getting kinda annoying taking 12 pills in the morning and adding more lol

    You sure can. I would take 2 Shift in the morning on an empty stomach. Then take the 1 Erase, Omegas, and vitamins with breakfast 30 mins later.

    Take another shift later in the day on an empty stomach. Take all the other pills spread out through the day with food including Erase
