    Since we had a customer submit BodPod results on Erase Pro showing he not only maintained LBM but increased it whilst on a caloric deficit it has become the most important supplement for me alongside any fat burning routine.

    I used pro for a week at thR start of my cut.. You KNOW I love and support pes, but I honestly. Noticed NO differences during that week. With regular erase, I see results after 2 days.. Thoughts? Personally, I feel the spread out dosages of regular give me better round the clock estrogen control... I want pro to work for me, but idk!

    Did you stop and not finish the bottle? I'm glad you react so well to the regular, but Pro should not be seen as the same product. I'd try it again and finish the bottle even if that only gets you 3 weeks, as by then you will know if it is working for you or not. Not many legal things work in the first week

    I gave away ten caps in a trade lol but I have 14 caps left and plan on using it to finish out my 8 weeks bc I will be out of regular.. Will see how it goes for those 2 weeks , and by then, I will have the main AI "built up" in my system

    Gonna be using erase + ABE. I like to start my runs on the first of a month so bottles coincide with 30 days, etc.. My question is- the month I plan to start this stack, also begins with a layoff week after 9 consecutive training weeks. So my question is- is it pointless to start the ABE on the off week since I won't be lifting? Should I wait until I resume working out? I know Anabeta has great effects for nutrient utilization, but am unsure if taking the added ingredients in elite would be overkill while not being active/in a recovery week..

    Nothing wrong with starting even if it is an off week re training - after all, your body is going to use that week off to recover so that you can have better progress and results when you start back. In the end though, you will do what you want, an the choice is yours.

    Since the ingredients in some of these products have changed since the stack summaries were made, are the stacks still optimal? For example, does Alpha-T2 still stack as well with OEP? Or would something like Detonate be better with Alpha-2 or just as good? Oh, and also perhaps noteworthy is that NP doesn't seem to carry the stacks anymore so it's hard to tell which version of various products to look for.

    The new Alpha-T2 can replace the old version if you wanted to stack with OEP.

    Which version of OEP do you plan to use?

    I haven't used the new OEP so cannot give personal testament but judging from the label either of them should be fine to stack with the new AT2.

    Agreed. I'd also be interested to learn which generation of AT2 stacks well with OEP (or SNS DMAA for that matter). I was never able to get my hands on the formula with methylsynephrine, but have a bottle of the formula with higenamine, rauwolscine, & 3,3'. Also, I did manage to grab a bottle of the SS release of methylsynephrine and was curious if that could be incorporated into a stack with the higenamine iteration of AT2 as well.

    The old 'Get Up and Go' stack of AT2 and OEP is still feasible, just replace the old AT2 with whichever version you have.

    The first had methyl-synephrine, 3,3-diiodothyronine and rauwolscine hcl, the second had higenamine instead of methyl-synephrine and the third version is the newest version with olive leaf, bacopa, SA2-A and higenamine.

    Didnt want to start a new thread but couldn't find anything on the question I have.

    When did original anabeta move from 4 caps spread throughout the day to 2 pre and 2 post?

    When it first came out, the label read 1 capsule pre workout, 1 capsule post workout, and the remaining 2 capsules spread throughout the day. On off days all 4 spread throughout.

    I noticed on a bottle I recently ordered that it was 2 pre and 2 post now. I still have a Bottle I'm gonna use so I Wanna make sure I maximize it by dosing correctly.. Thanks

    There are many ways of dosing/timing a product - it's about what works for YOU best. I recommend experimenting with different ways to find your OWN "sweet spot".
