Do any of these really work?

I think some things like arginine, GBA, and l-dopa have shown a small temporary boost in GH. The increase does not last long enough to have a meaningful impact. My understanding is that even real HGH takes time and consistent dosing to show results.
GABA and L-dopa can help in maximizing natural endogenous production of GH at night...that said it will not generate supraphysical levels. Lets say that you go to bed now and usually release only 65% of your max GH output possible...they might help reach deeper sleep and help your body release 75% (just an example , don't get anal about the numbers) , but the number will never be greater than your 100% possible...

VPX used to make a product called Hemogex. Do'nt know if they still do. I knew a few guys in their 40's/50's that claimed they got some good results from it.

These dont work in any kind of noticeable results way....Im sure arginine or L dopa does well in rats or lab mice, but in terms of yielding physical results that most people are thinking of ie. fat loss, muscle gains your better off with more effective methods.
Peptides are best for gh, if you dont wanna use them you can always try fasted training with bcaas, it induces tons of gh release especially when combined with a pwo like jack3d micro

would deeper sleep (im talking 2x better sleep) and a greater sense of well being be signs of increased HGH levels? When i stacked I-gh-1 and natadrol last run i felt a major change in physical recomp and insane sleep.
