Ridding of Minor Gyno - The OTC way
I have had a slight gyno problem for about 2 weeks now. They are sensitive and i can feel hard tissue behind the nipple.
Here is the trial to see if u can rid of this problem with OTC products.
the schedule-
Novedex XT (estrogen control) - 3/2/2/1 caps
Ginkgo Biloba by Jarrow(prolactin control) - 2/2/2/2 caps
will report as much as i feel is necessary

If you really have some tits growing, you should nut up and get Nolva and I3C. Possible Adex thrown in there.
That is if you actually have gyno, and its not just hormone fluctuations and sensitivity from playing with them for 2 weeks.

I'd get Nolva first. If that doesn't work, a run of Letro.

I'll just say that I thought I had tren/other progestins induced gyno in both nipples and I actually started a cycle Saturday and began running Novedex XT with it 1 pill at night. 1 pill. In 3 days the gyno has noticeably gone down. I think you'll be alright bro.

I'm currently using Novedex XT for the 3rd time to get rid of gyno. (Always from Superdrol.) It worked great the first 2 times, and it's working again. My dosing is similar to yours, but I like to taper off a lot more slowly/carefully to avoid estro rebound and recurrence of the gyno (which did happen to me the first time I used XT): 3/2/2/1/1/.5/.5 and then even 1 or 2 pills/week for a few more weeks, just to be sure. My libido does take a bit of a hit, but not as bad as people say.
Oh, and I use P5P to prevent lactation (which I've only had once).
Good luck.

P5P is 100% effective at stopping and preventing lactation. At least for me. And it's cheap and easy to find at Vitamin Shoppe. I take 50mg twice per day whenever "the girls" start acting up.

As the self appointed prolactin king (queen?) of AM I have tried it ALL. p5p doesn't do much of anything for me but I did notice it a slight bit when I broke up the pills in my teeth before swallowing.
Also Ginkgo seems to work a bit better, finally l-theanine should help because high prolactin is often tied to lowered dopamine and theanine can normalize dopamine levels.
Tren gave me prolactin gyno and on it nothing in the world helped (I tried every major dopamine prolactin drug - definitely not otc). Off it now I still have it but have been able to slow its growth. Really the main thing is regulating or raising dopamine levels so:
p5p - no help
p5p slightly chewed - some help
combo of ginkgo, theanine and tyrosine - better than chewed p5p

Is prolactin gyno usually unilateral or bi lateral. And is it generally easier to treat than estro gyno?
