I'm doing an intermittent fasting LeanGains kinda deal where I cycle carbs. Is it worth it to dose when I'm eating minimal carbs? I just started and have been taking the recommended dose 2x on days where I eat carbs, and none on days where I don't. Don't wanna go hypo
Less than 25g at the moment. Would I be better off waiting for a cycle where I'm consuming more carbs?
