when to start Ultima

hey guys. so i got my Ultima this morning. Was just wondering when you guys would recommend starting it.

At the moment i'm 3 n a half weeks into a 5 week havoc/Dermacrine LV cycle. I was thinking of just starting it first day of PCT, anyone else have any suggestions?

that would be a very good choice, and should help you retain much of your gains.
