Trying to order blood shred war edition from Olympus labs website and when I click place order it says invalid product ....chatted with somebody from Olympus labs but they had no answer. Any ideas? Trying to use the 50% off coupon so kinda frustrating

I did and they got back to me but it's difficult to communicate when he answers me once a day at midnight. Kinda strange customer service.
