Hi guys,
Have just purchased these 2 to run together. Bit confused on dosing.
Non workout days should I take both caps of str3ngth with 1 meal or spread them out?
Workout days I tend to work out in the morning without food but I drink a carb & bcaa drink intra workout. If str3ngth is best with meals would it be a waste pre workout? And then to apply ep1c TD pre workout, if I shower post workout a couple of hours later will this also be a waste? Really unsure how to structure my dosing of the 2, particularly on workout days, any help would be appreciated.
