Started running this week and I got a few questions.
On Epic.... I've saw a few posters who dose 2 pwo and only one on off days. Is this ok or do I need to go with 2 on off days? Will Epic help me with cardio endurance? I like to do HIIT on a step machine.
Transform... Need advice on how much and when to take. Right now I'm doing one pump in the AM. Is that ok?
I'm recomping so my goal is to lose BF but hang around the 175lb that I'm at now. Can I take a GDA on my workout days? I like doing this on days I go over maintenance. How much fats and carbs should I take with the Epic and Ostra? Thanks
