Hey All,

I finished up a run of Triumphalis and XI-KT which went really well. Gained 5lbs lbm, lost 1.5% bf.

I will be dosing the following PCT
1/2 pump Str3ngth Pre W/O (6am)
1/2 pre bed (post shower)
Tamox (Research grade for my lab rat) 40/20/20/10
Abliderate Ammo: 2/2/2/2
Erase Pro (new) 1 cap ED

Stats:
Male, 5 ft 11, 83kg, 9.8% bf

Training style: Olympic lifting with Crossfit Metcons for conidtioning

I have had some **** to deal with.

So far nothing much else to report.

I have however noticed some hunger increase which I suppose is a good thing and a good sign that I am coming back to normal ranges.

On a side note, I posted on my FB page a video of a new PR for me. Just below parallel box squats. 170kg x 3 which was freaking awesome!!!

Strength is maintaining and endurance is off the chain still.

I have been using 2 scoops of High Volume along with 1 norco pre workout together with 1/2 pump TD Str3ngth! Insane.

I'll update with some training tonight when I get home from my bros birthday dinner with the family.

really feeling the test kicking back up. Feeling alpha male and feeling the confidence again. When I know my test levels are picking up I get a swagger about myself. Like self confidence goes boom if that makes any sense to you guys.

Numbers are still the same and endurance is awesome. Safe to say I'm maintaining strength in this PCT which is excellent news.

Had a carb up today and a friend cooked me a nice dinner. pork chops and mixed greens with roast pumpkin & potato

I know exactly what you mean. You get that Alpha feeling back, it is an amazing feeling. Sounds like it has really been a successful PCT so far.

It has been. Plus when everything after a disaster hits helps you take your mind off it, it really helps.

weight is stable at 83 kg so dropped some water weight.

big note. 180 kg back squat. up 10kg. so hitting a PR in PCT is insanely awesome.

very happy so far. training is great and dropped off some conditioning work to ensure strength is retained or improving.

Very happy thus far!!! TD Str3ngth is really amping me up. Feeling super alpha male hahah

strength gains are continuing to dominate training. power clean up to 110kg.

so far i have put up 4 PRs in PCT so I'm happy as can be!

feel like I last longer in general not just at training ;)

libido is great. feeling alpha!

had a rest over the weekend. 9 workouts in 5 days was starting to hit me pretty hard so it was good to enjoy some R&R.

AM Session
Deadlifts 5x5 70%1RM
5x5 160kg

in between each set of deadlifts was a prowler sprint of 20 metres with 25kg on top (so 60kg all up). This was not prowler friendly flooring either.

did the same WOD again
instead of Deadlifts I did 5x5 OHS 70% 1rm

did the wod again and did it in 11:05min RX+

big time difference.

really starting to find some form with my lifting and crossfit groove.

Cliffs:
strength is certainly up. Aggression is coming back and I have the Alpha male feeling constantly so I know I'm almost back to baseline. Endurance is solid.
The only issue I have with the DermaStr3ngth is that when pumping the TD, it gets stuck easily i.e. the liquid is hard to get out.

have some nice leaning effects coming up with the water dropping away.

mood has been great. moved into a new place. 2nd night away from home.

was moving stuff over the weekend but got a session in yesterday. tweaked my right groin a little but should be ok.

starring to reclaim my manhood. really feeling super down stairs. sex drive is off the chain.

I feel like my ejac is now back to its old self. post cycle and pre pct I felt like I was missing that final oomph and height of coming but not now. feels excellent.

very satisfied with the TD Str3ngth

i do 2 half pumps as per bottle.
If doing a full blown strength cycle for body recomp I would get 3 bottles and do 1.5 pumps per day for 6 weeks.

Mix that with Ep1c, Conqu3r and Elim1nate as well as a non stim burner like aav2 and recompadrol you would be a freaking beast

Thanks man!!! yeah body comp is still good and still able to push hard. I've done 9 sessions in 5 days so safe to say my recovery is great!
