E2 levels too low or good?

My E2 levels came back at 26. Is that low or good?

If you feel and perform well I wouldn't stress it. I do better at the lower end of the E2 spectrum.

On the Labcorp test 11-20 tends to be my magic range. Up around 30 on that scale I get issues.

my doc just did bloods, waiting for results. He said if you crush and suppress estrogen too much you could get osteoporosis. Anyone ever heard of that?
This is after he learned I had been self prescribing arimidex to my rat for the last year.

Yes, estrogen in related to bone health.
