Well boys I will be competing in my first show on November 14th at the Rocky Mountain classic here in Colorado. I'm going to keep a log up until the show. I've hired a team that will hopefully get me where I need to be.

I will be bulking for the majority of the time and then a contest prep. I'm not sure what gear I will use throughout, but I have deca and test im going to run starting Monday for 12 weeks or so. After that I'm still deciding what I want to do, so if anyone has thoughts Id appreciate it.

I'm going to run test on the 750 range and deca at 400 as of now. I'll run prami with it and Adex as well.

I will post up diet and routine soon as that has been created for me. I will post this one up, but after that just going to give general guidelines as I am paying for it.

Also a shout out goes to DD for his help.

Thanks bro's it should be one hell of a fun ride. Here is my diet written up by my coach. I actually had my ex tell me this is broscience because I'm eating the same thing everyday. She is a huge proponent of iifym and said this is old school and all broscience. I wanted to jump through the phone and ripe her head of.

As I post if anyone has feedback good or bad please share.

Diet plan looks good. I like the varied protein approach myself as well. Helps make sure there is no true limiting factor amino acid.

Well did my first pin today... The first one after awhile is always a little bit shaky at first but once you realize it's like an old friend it is no problem..... Kinda like anal!!

I'm eating 7 meals a at and drinking a gallon of water and fuk me I'm full 24/7. I need to get used to this before he increases my calories.

Oh and this 6 sets per exercise bullsh1t kicked my ass. I felt like a damn chochski, not being able to breathe and sucking wind the whole time.

Damn what we will do to look good naked. Lol

Haha 60 second rest periods throw in some fst-7 and rest pause sets and its brutal, but I should see some great results pretty quick.

What are your guys thoughts on cruising on test after this bulk until my cut?

If you need to pack on size then it's almost a necessity. Pct time plus off time will take up a ton of your between cycles and only allow modest gains at best. Plus a bigger chance of putting on some fat making your cut harder. Pair a hard cut with muscle that might not be as mature as you'd like and chances are you'll lose more then you want too. Seems like a no brainer if you don't mind the long suppression

Took my first dose of prami last night at .2mg and I feel like I got roofied.

I've heard it can be pretty nasty stuff. Haven't had to use it yet myself tho.

It just made me really groggy this morning and I had a headache. I'll keep it at this does for awhile before I start to taper it up.

I'm taking prami aswell but .125 Ed at around 8 because that **** does not allow me to sleep. I will feel tired but I just can't sleep and wen I do I wake up every few hours. Ha. But it gives me pretty awesome dreams + it spikes GH release about 3 hours after taking it. Read somewhere that it increase gh release of up to 300% wen you get to around .5-1mg. Also read that the first week is always the toughest as your body adjust to it.

Exact same for me. I got super tired, but woke up multiple times and then couldn't go back to bed and then when I finally did I was out of it for the better part of an hour. I'll try dosing at around 8. Thanks bro

Hahaha you'll adjust dude and once you start noticing the mass that your putting on you'll be looking forward to eating more. Might I recommend ghrp6/2 with cjc no dac. That shot makes your stomach a endless pit.
Quick question to you guys that run 19nors how hard is pct compared to just normal cycles?

7 weeks of tren ace - sucked balls. hard. felt like death, tired/lethargic all day (4 weeks+ post cycle), no libido (3 weeks post PCT)...
8 weeks of trest ace - easy as pie, made more gains, set pr's etc.

I'm probably going to run tren ace for my cutting cycle. Anything that counteracts those sides? What were your doses? Did you run test higher than tren?

On cycle was great. Only real side was some night sweats and occasional back pumps. Pct was a different story. Felt like I just couldn't recover even with clomid. Prolactin issues that weren't present on cycle, lethargy, lack of libido, etc and the night sweats lasted like two months post. Just miserable. Continuing to cut made everything worse too.

Cycle was 50ed of ace and 25ed of test prop

It was ugly. I would try it again now that I know more and work more on diet and support supps to help. Also found that I like Nolva much better then clomid but that's usually a no no with 19's. Ran it with trest tho and had no issues.

Forgot that I only ran clomid after the tren. Misspoke above

10pm and the gym is full. Da fuk. I'm all about everyone getting into shape and I like the fact that lifting has become trendy and "in," but damn it get the hell out of my way.

I've been lifting for twenty years and no hate on newbies but come on using every DB for your bicep superset is not needed when you're 135lbs. Ugh no one wants to get big anymore.

its crazy to see how people react differently to compounds. Tren Ace was amazing for me (got my own log going). I was on for 9 weeks, started at 300mg / week, ramped up to 700mg/ week and it was nothing short of amazing what that steroid does. My only real side effect was sweating, lots more aggression, and feeling like i had asthma if i tried cardio.

Prami wrecked me. I took it at .125 mg for 4 days in a row, at night before bed, and i thought i was going to die. i was nauseated the whole time, tired, felt sick. And to top it off, i didnt even need it since my gyno was from estro, not prolactin. anywho, im in for this ride dude! i really want to try my first show some time soon. Any tips on how to find a good one to enter? I am having trouble finding one in my area (southeast / GA)

My best advice is to find and hire a coach. They will know what shows and when you you'll be ready for a show. Plus it helps hold you accountable.

I feel like I'm pretty fortunate as they work with a ton of clients and told me they won't let me walk on stage unless I'm top 5 ready as anything short of that damages their reputation. I understand that a lot of that is just talk but still reassuring.

Talking to my coach I think I'm going to add in dbol on Monday at 50mg pre workout for 4 weeks.

And I'm going to get some ghrp6 and cjc as well to help with consuming all this food as I think I'm going to get an increase in calories in the next two weeks.

200/100 ghrp/cjc as much as possible lol. I use I anywhere from 3-5 times a day depending if I'm on my graze mode or my set 6 meals. I normally don't ever get hungry but wen on these peptides I can eat what is required

Good feedback thanks bro. I was thinking of using it for my post workout meal and then again later on at night. I don't have an issue eating during the day really and it seems like my appetite wains as the day goes on. Breakfast time I can damn near eat anything. Maybe I'll start with once daily and see how I feel with my intake and then start increasing as my calories and intake increase.
