Would it be better to shoot 250mg of one and then 250mg of the other a week or mix .5ml of each and shoot it twice a week?

I would just run one till it runs out and then switch to the other. Their esther length is the same (or very close at least) so it shouldn't cause any problems. They are both the same drug.

I think your overthinking it. They have very similar ester lengths so it won't make **** all difference whichever way you do it.
